An absolute specialty of the Fujian Province in China , coming from tea gardens from of Tai Mu mountains. The tender buds, harvested in early spring, are rolled into small pearls, completely by hand.
The soft aroma and taste, make this tea perfect on special occasions. Extremely limited production. "Dragon's eye or dragon's pearl from Taimu" is the poetic translation of the name. The taste is incredibly mild and honey-like. Rich in polyphenols, like other Chinese green tea speciality teas.
