Post-fermented tea (China)

A tea that has only been on the market for a few years, after a long journey of studies and experiments, Pu Erh with jasmine is a surprising combination between two classic teas. Fresh jasmine flowers, coming from Guanxy province, are combined with Pu Erh several times, naturally scenting it. A tea that brings jasmine back to the earth, transforming the floral aroma into a full, rich cup that stands out from typical scented teas. Jasmine attenuates the earthy notes of Pu Erh and emphasizes the liqueur-like consistency of mature Shu Pu Erh, i.e. tea obtained from the addition of humidity and heat during the fermentation process, and therefore with a fast ripening that offers a more intense flavor to the tea. You can make several infusions to better explore this tea.

It goes well with mushrooms, meat and mature cheeses, rich desserts, apple pie, cheesecake, dark chocolate
