Pasta Mancini - Durum wheat semolina pasta
Pasta Mancini - Produced from durum wheat cultivated directly by the company.
Typical shape: length of 20mm; diameter of 19,2mm – tolerance +/- 5%
Ursini uses circular bronze die plates and we dry pasta at temperatures lower than 44°C, taking about 20 hours for short pasta and about 40 hours for long pasta.
Pronounced and homogeneous consistency and good ability to keep the “al dente” feature after cooking. Cook in lightly salted boiling water for 9 – 11 minutes; seasoning to taste
Semolina and water are the only ingredients.
