The charm of ancient China lives on in this blend that brings together the semi-fermented Oolong tea and the precious buds of Yin Zhen(“Silver Needles”) white tea, once intended for the Emperor solely.

2.5 gr to 200 cc. of water at a temperature of 85°. Leave in infusion for 2/3 minutes.
Lu Yu: Oolong tea (semi-fermented), white tea, flavours, pink rose petals, raspberries, mallow flowers.
It goes well with fresh fruit salad, fruit and custard tartlets, cookies with pistachios or pine nuts
