Chinese smoky black tea, very famous. The name is translitterated from the Chinese name “Zengshan Xiaozhong”, from a mountain area in Fujian. The plucking is made of large leaves of a native cultivar and after the first steps of orthodox manufacturing process of black tea, they are smoked with burning pine wood. A favourite tea in English countries, with digestive properties and low caffeine content.

Chinese black tea
The perfect tea for English style breakfast or brunch. It marries salmon, ham, as well as strong cheese. Nice as aftermeal. Drink plain or with a little sugar and milk to taste.
