2,5 gr per 200 cc. of water at a temperature of 90°C. Leave in infusion for 3/4 minutes
Black tea (China)
A specialty also known as Black Pearl, a modern creation based on the international success of Gunpowder green tea, the famous "Gunpowder" tea, whose original name is Zhu Cha, tea pearls, from Zhejiang. An orthodox black tea, traditionally processed and rolled into the elegant spherical shape. It comes from the manual harvest of a bud and two leaves and retains all the typical characteristics of the best Chinese black teas, including little astringency and roundness. A similar type is also produced in Fujian.
It goes well with savory curry, beef and aubergine dishes, and sweet dishes such as tiramisu or fruit (strawberries and peaches)
