Biscotti della Salute 200 gr
They were born more than 160 years ago and are still enjoyed by young and old today. The secret of the pleasant fragrance of our Biscotti della Salute is the double and slow rising of the brioche dough. Brioche bread that is still soft, is left to rest and then cut; the slices are then toasted so as to obtain the golden colour and the typical crumbly and light consistency. Still prepared according to the original recipe with soft wheat flour, butter, fresh eggs, sugar, fresh yeast and sea salt, but above all without preservatives, without glucose syrup and without colorants.

Sweet pairings: -With tea, coffee, juices or fresh fruit/vegetable extracts. -With fresh milk, soya milk, hazelnut or almond milk. -Honey or jam, preferably homemade or without sugar. -Chocolate or hazelnut, peanut or almond cream. -Fresh ricotta or mascarpone and fruit compotes. Savoury pairings: -Fresh tomatoes and basil; seasoned with salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar. -Butter and anchovies. -Bresaola and Grana Padano cheese; seasoned with pepper, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. -Mascarpone and speck or sweet cured ham, chopped orange peel. -Ricotta, anchovies and black olives. -Cheese flakes and artichokes; seasoned with salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil. -Salmon and avocado or spreadable fresh cheese; seasoned with pepper, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. -Dried tomatoes in oil and orange peel; seasoned with basil and extra virgin olive oil. -Tofu, marinated anchovies, almond; seasoned with pepper and extra virgin olive oil. -Gorgonzola and honey. -Raspberries or grapes and aged cheese; seasoned with balsamic vinegar.
