Zagara Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 1 tea bag of Fior di Zagara black tea (or 2,5 gr of lose leaf tea)
  • 3 shots of Prosecco
  • 1 shot of Aperol

    Prepare the Fior di Zagara tea in water at a temperature of 90°C with an infusion of 4 minutes. Leave it to cool. Add ice into the glass, then pour in the Prosecco, the Aperol and 2 shots of iced Fior di Zagara tea. Garnish with an orange slice.
