Soft Matcha Cake
150 g Flour
100 g Maizena
250 g Butter
125 g White Sugar
125 g Bown Sugar
½ Vanilla
4 Eggs
1 Matcha tablespoon
2 Milk spoon (veggie too)
16 g (1 bag) Powder

How to:
Use the ingredients at room temperature.
Beat the sugars and the butter than add the eggs (one at a time) and the vanilla.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and maizena , than add the powder and the matcha previously mixed with the milk (you can use a vegetal version too).
Mix it together.
Pour it in to a chiffon cake pan, previously greased and bake for 50- 60 mins at 160C°.
Once cool, sprinkle with icing sugar and matcha powder.
