Matcha Veal Stew

Ingredients for 4 People:

  • 800 g veal stew
  • 1 large onion
  • Two garlic cloves
  • 400 g of whole or greek yogurt
  • EVO oil
  • red wine 1 cup
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons of Matcha (about 14 g)

    Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and wilt in the chopped garlic and onion. Add meat and let it brown, season with salt, then add a glass of red wine and let it evaporate. Pour the water on the strew and close the lid: cook for 15-20 minutes from the whistle of the pressure cooker. Lift up the lid, check that meat is cooked to perfection and add yogurt and Matcha stirring well. Cook uncovered for a few minutes and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
    Serve with rice.
