Our karkadè and rosehip Wild Berry Infusion, is the surprise ingredient of this fruity version of the popular Mexican cocktail, one of the most loved international after dinner drinks.
The result is a fresh, colorful, tasty and pleasantly sour cocktail.
Wild berry Infusion concentrate
3 cups water
2 teabags or 5/6 grams loose leaf Wild Berries Infusion
For 2 Cocktails
5-6 ice cubes
1/2 cup Wild berry Infusion concentrate
1 large lime, juiced (3 Tbsp)
2 ounces tequila (4 Tbsp)
Optional: 1 Tbsp agave nectar
1.Bring 3 cups water to near boil and infusion let steep for 30 minutes
2.Strain into a jar or glass container using a fine mesh strainer and add sweetener to taste.
3.To make two margaritas, combine ice, cooled hibiscus tea concentrate, lime juice, tequila and 1 Tbsp agave nectar (optional) in a shaker and shake it well.
4.Pour over two glasses with ice. Decorate with wild berries or mint.
