Jasmine bubbles

Ingredients (6 servings):

  • 6 tea bags of Special Jasmine (or 15 gr of lose leaf tea)
  • 1 bottle of Prosecco

    Prepare the Special Jasmine green tea in 500 ml of mineral water at 90°C and infuse for 3 minutes. Leave to cool in the refrigerator. Fill the flutes half with iced tea and half with fresh prosecco.
    A win-win cocktail for dinner friends. An easy recipe, for a fragrant and light aperitif that will conquer everyone.
    Accompany the aperitif with canapes filled with fresh cheese and smoked salmon. Cheers!
