A gourmet smoky black tea , a specialty of Taiwan modeled on the basis of processing of Lapsang Souchong, original of Fujian. The leaves , fully developed, are processed immediately after the plucking : the processing involves the following steps: harvesting, withering in the sun, indoor withering , primary rolling, oxidation, fixing, second rolling, drying. Then after comes the last step: smoking process over resinous softwood fires. A specialty appreciated by Anglo-Saxon countries, with low caffeine content and thought to be digestiv.

Aroma/Fragrance: Strong, pungent, of smoke,metal, resinous softwood
Color: Deep coppery
Flavour: Full, round, smooth and surprisingly sweet.

2 / 3 gr.X 200 cc. mineral water at a temperature of 90 ° C. Infusion time 3 minutes.


Excellent when accompanying the brunch, full English breakfast. It goes well with smoked fish, cheeses, meats, seafood. You can prepare an excellent risotto using it instead of broth.
