The charm of ancient China lives on in this blend that brings together the semi-oxydized Oolong tea and the precious buds of Yin Zhen (“Silver Needles”) white tea, once intended for the Emperor solely.

1 tea bag X 200 cc. of water at a temperature of 85°. Leave in infusion for 2/3 minutes.
Chinese Oolong tea (semi-oxidized), chinese white tea, flavours, rose petals, raspberries, mallow flowers.
It goes well with fresh fruit salad, fruit and custard tartlets, cookies with pistachios or pine nuts.
