Spicy Ginger Detox
1 ginger herbal tea bag
Need an energy boost to get you through the day? To speed up your metabolism and boost circulation, try this Spicy Ginger Detox tea.
500 ml boiling water
Few dashes cinnamon, to taste
Few dashes ground turmeric to taste
Few dashes cayenne pepper to taste
1 small lemon slice
Pure maple syrup or honey to taste
Place ginger herbal tea bag inside a teapot and pour over 500 ml of boiling water.
Cover and steep the ginger tea for 6-7 minutes.
Remove tea bag. Add cinnamon, turmeric, cayenne. Whisk until combined.
Drop in the lemon slice. Stir well.
Add maple syrup to taste, stir or better whisk to combine.
