Matcha Cupcakes

Ingredients for 10 pieces:

  • 110 g soft butter
  • 140 g sugar
  • 125 ml milk
  • 340 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 and 1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 2-3 tsp matcha

    For frosting and decoration:
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • pinch salt
  • candied violets

    Beat the butter until it is foamy, add sugar and incorporate it well.
    Then add the egg, stir, then the milk gradually.
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and matcha.
    Add them to the liquid ingredients and stir quickly.
    Spread the mixture between 10 paper cups and bake in oven at 175 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
    Let the cakes cool on a wire rack.
    Prepare the frosting by mixing together all ingredients and Spread it on top of cupcake.
    Decorate with candied violets.
