No. There are no limits regarding the amount of the order.

Can an order be cancelled?
It is possible to delete or modify an order by contacting our customer service (by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or by sending a fax to +39 055 2094052).
To see the status of the order just log in to Restricted Area, and go to the order summary page.
How long does it take to deliver the ordered goods?
If the product/s you have ordered are in stock in the warehouse, it/they will be delivered to the courier within the 7 days following the completion of your order. If the product/s are not in stock, you will be contacted directly (by e-mail or by phone) by one of our staff who will inform you of the maximum time required for the restocking of the product/s you have ordered.
What do I have to do when the carrier delivers the goods?
When the courier makes the delivery you should check: 1) That the packaging is intact and has not been tampered with, and complies with the standard features of a package; 2) That the number of parcels (packages) indicated on the invoice corresponds to the number actually delivered; N.B.: Any complaints must be made immediately to the courier, otherwise we are obliged to consider the goods as correctly delivered. You should retain the invoice, which you will find in the special pocket on the outside of the package. If the package proves to be damaged or have been tampered with, remember to write on the courier’s delivery note “accepted conditionally, subject to checking the condition of the contents”. Without this wording we cannot under any circumstances accept complaints for damaged material.

What should I do if on delivery of the goods the packaging is open or damaged?
At the time of delivery the customer is entitled to open the package to check that the product corresponds to that which was ordered, and that there is no apparent damage or anomaly. Should the product not correspond to that which was ordered, or in the case of evident damage, we recommend that you do not accept the delivery, returning it to the courier who will proceed to return it to us. In both cases you should contact us immediately to email@example.com .
Can you deliver the goods to an address different from that of the purchaser?
Yes, for us it does not matter what the delivery address is. The only thing we do request is to have a telephone number for the addressee so that we can programme the delivery with the courier.
How can I get a written receipt for my order?
The order summary is sent to all customers at the e-mail address specified at the time of compilation of the order form.
What documents accompany the goods?
The goods travel accompanied by an order summary, and the courier’s delivery note.

If you would like to receive an invoice, please return to your order from your reserved area after payment to provide your billing information. This option is only possible as long as the order has been "confirmed". Once taken over by the system will no longer be possible to request invoice.
How can I track my order?
Once the order has been processed, the customer service will send an email to confirm the despatching item, check the order status by logging in the restricted area.

At your request, we can send the invoice separately from the package to your own address; in this case the goods will travel with the packing list.

To view your order summary correctly, all you have to do is access your personal page in the My Personal Orders section, providing your registration details (e-mail and password).
How can I exercise the right to withdraw?
SNAK srl –La Via del Tè acknowledges the customer’s right to withdraw as laid down in current legislation. The deadline for availing of this right is 10 days as prescribed by law, within which time the customer is bound to communicate his or her intention to us by registered letter with proof of receipt (address: Via Ponte a Iozzi 8/1, 50123 Impruneta (FI) - Italy) and obviously also to forward the goods to us at the same address within the same deadline (10 days) According to the law, La Via del Tè will provide you with the terms and conditions that will be agreed upon with the customer, to the refund of the payment paid or to the replacement with another product.
Are the prices shown inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all the prices quoted on the website are inclusive of VAT.
