All the flavours of the South and Sicily are present in this blend of black tea and orange peel with the intense fragrance of Mediterranean citrus fruits. A smooth cup, light, slightly tannic, with a long-lasting citrus aftertaste. The name is a reference to the Zagare, the white, fragrant flowers of citrus fruits, particularly the orange blossom, traditionally used in brides' bouquets and regarded as a good omen.

2,5 gr x 200 cc. of water at a temperature of 90°C. Leave in infusion for 3 minutes. Perfect cold.
